Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using AutoListing (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not install or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and AutoListing ("we", "us", "our"). Your continued use of the Service after any modifications to these Terms indicates your acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

AutoListing is a Chrome browser extension that helps Facebook Marketplace sellers relist their products. The Service provides:

• A native Chrome side panel interface for managing your listings.
• One-click relisting of selected Marketplace products.
• Smart selection tools (select all, individual checkboxes).
• A credit-based usage system with free and paid tiers.
• Email-based passwordless authentication.

Important: AutoListing interacts with Facebook Marketplace. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of AutoListing complies with Facebook's Terms of Service and Community Standards. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

3. Eligibility

To use AutoListing, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).
• Not be located in a country that is subject to a government embargo or that has been designated by any government as a "terrorist supporting" country.
• Not have been previously suspended or removed from the Service.

4. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features of the Service (such as free credits and paid plans), you must create an account by providing a valid email address.

• Authentication: We use a passwordless system. You receive a 6-digit verification code by email, valid for 10 minutes.
• One account per person: Each individual may only maintain one account.
• Account sharing: Sharing your account or session token with others is not permitted.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account used to authenticate with AutoListing.

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

Free Tier

All users receive 5 free relists per month. No payment is required. The free tier includes access to the side panel, smart selection, and basic relisting functionality.

Monthly Plan — $2/month

Unlimited relists, priority support, and all features. Billed monthly through Stripe.

Annual Plan — $20/year

Unlimited relists, priority support, and all features. Billed annually through Stripe at a discounted rate.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. AutoListing does not store your credit card information.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the extension's settings panel. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Service, we generally do not offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact us and we will evaluate your case individually.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

When using AutoListing, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the extension.
• Circumvent or manipulate the credit/quota system.
• Use the Service to send spam or create misleading listings.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the extension or any part of it.
• Use the Service in any way that violates Facebook's Terms of Service or applicable laws.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or connected networks.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the Service beyond its intended functionality.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Service — including but not limited to the extension code, website, design, logos, and documentation — are owned by AutoListing.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. Third-Party Dependencies

AutoListing relies on the following third-party services and platforms:

• Facebook Marketplace — AutoListing interacts with Facebook Marketplace. Changes to Facebook's platform, APIs, or policies may affect the Service's functionality. We are not responsible for any actions taken by Meta Platforms, Inc.
• Supabase — Authentication, database, and serverless functions.
• Stripe — Payment processing for subscriptions.
• Sentry — Anonymous error tracking and bug diagnostics.

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• The Service will always be compatible with Facebook Marketplace's current interface.
• Relisting will always succeed (Facebook may change their platform at any time).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AutoListing and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of $10 USD or the total amount you paid to AutoListing in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutoListing and its developers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination:

• Your license to use the Service is immediately revoked.
• Your account data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
• Any remaining subscription period will not be refunded unless required by applicable law.

You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the extension and contacting us to request data deletion.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at noreply@auth.autorelist.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter within 30 days.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice before the changes take effect, via the extension or our website. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
